Design coordination and delivery support for a development of 30 new-build homes in Torfaen.

Aelwyd provided design coordination, commercial management, project management and construction programming. The role also included managing the discharge of planning conditions and coordinating statutory agreements, including Section 106, Section 104 and Section 38 agreements.
